"Shipping took a bit longer than I..."

Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but the package arrived safely and everything was fine. I was starting to get a little annoyed waiting for it, then boom, there it was at my door.

"Quick help when I really needed it"

I had a question and they got back to me really fast. Everything was sorted out without any fuss, which was such a "relief" when I needed a quick answer

"Good ride, but the range left me a little torn"

I’ve always liked this brand, so I really wanted to love this board more than I do. The ride itself feels smooth and solid, and it’s definitely fun to use, but the battery life has been average for me. If I’m taking it easy on flat roads, the range is fine, but once I start riding faster or hit a few hills, the battery drops quicker than I expected. It’s not a bad board at all, and part of me still wants to stick with the brand because I’ve had good experiences before, but for the price, I was hoping it would last a bit longer between charges.

"I had an issue with my board..."

I had an issue with my board and reached out to Evolve USA. They got back to me quick and made the warranty repair process easy, not a big hassle or anything. Shipping took a little while, but like I said, they handled it well, and the board came back working great. Like I said, I’m happy with the support and would contact them again if I needed to.
